Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
Draft for review. This policy describes how the website currently behaves. Before publishing, have it reviewed against the data protection law that applies to your business, and add your legal entity name, registered contact details and supervisory authority.
Information collected
Affleet collects the information you enter into the contact form on this website: your name, work email address, company name, website URL, business type, current monthly advertising spend, the platforms you currently use, your primary goal and any additional information you choose to provide.
This site also loads Google advertising and measurement tags — a Google Ads tag and, where configured, Google Tag Manager. These may collect technical information such as your IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed and whether you submitted the contact form, and Google may use it to measure and target advertising. Contact form events are recorded without your name, email address, company or free-text answers.
How the information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and assess whether the service is a fit.
- To prepare a proposal or campaign review if you ask for one.
- To keep a record of business correspondence.
- To measure, in aggregate, how the website performs.
Your details are not sold, and they are not added to a marketing list without your agreement.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered by email and, where configured, to a customer relationship management or automation tool. Website hosting, email delivery and analytics are provided by third parties who process this information on Affleet’s behalf. List the specific providers you use here before publishing.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the business relationship or to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. To make a request, email hello@affleet.com.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own. The Google advertising tags described above do set cookies, including for conversion measurement and remarketing.
Before advertising to the UK, EU or Switzerland, Google requires consent mode with a certified consent management platform, and prior consent is legally required for advertising cookies in those regions. No consent banner is installed on this site yet, so add one and gate the Google tags behind it before running campaigns to those markets.
